✧ SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Many of our pieces are made on a pre-order basis to reduce waste and ensure thoughtful production. If an item is marked Pre-Order, please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be handmade before shipping.
When will my order ship?
• Ready-to-ship items (not labeled pre-order): We aim to ship within 2 business days.
• Pre-order items: Made just for you, and shipped within 3 weeks of order placement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund if:
• You contact us at oakycoast@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
• The item is shipped back within 3 days of receiving your return label
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached)
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. If you contact us within 14 days of delivery, we offer store credit on eligible returns.
Can items be hung for storage?
Yes! Most of our garments are made to be hung with care. For delicate or heavy pieces, we recommend padded hangers.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are offered based on stock availability. Email us at oakycoast@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will you restock sold-out pieces?

We recommend cold hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle, then laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the fabric’s natural feel and drape.
