At Oaky Coast, we value transparency and ease. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your pieces arrive—and what to do if they’re not quite right.


✧ SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
All orders are thoughtfully packed and shipped from our U.S. studio.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping, and rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items: Leave our studio within 2 business days
Pre-order items: Made to order and ship within 3 weeks
Domestic delivery: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days
International delivery: May take 7–14 business days, depending on destination

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International customers may be responsible for local duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the order total.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you didn’t receive one, please email us at oakycoast@gmail.com.


✧ PRE-ORDERS

Why pre-order?
Pre-orders allow us to produce intentionally and avoid overproduction. It’s a slower process—but one rooted in care for the Earth and respect for our craft.

How long does it take to receive a pre-order item?
Pre-order pieces take up to 3 weeks to produce. You’ll be notified when your item ships.

Can I combine pre-order and in-stock items?
Yes—but we will typically ship your full order once all items are ready. If you need something sooner, please email us to arrange a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


✧ RETURNS

Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer full refunds for eligible returns under these conditions:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery at oakycoast@gmail.com
• Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving your return label
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)

Do you offer store credit?
Yes. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, we accept returns for store credit if requested within 14 days of delivery.

What items are non-returnable?
• Worn or damaged items
• Items returned beyond the accepted window
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges depending on item availability. Please email us as soon as possible to check if the size or style you want is in stock.
