Domestic delivery:
Typically arrives within 3–7 business days
International delivery:
7–14 business days depending on destination
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International customers may be responsible for any local duties, taxes, or fees. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in your order total.

Returns
Can I return my item?
Yes. We offer full refunds on eligible returns. Here’s how it works:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery: oakycoast@gmail.com
- Ship the item back within 30 days upon receiving your return label
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. If more than 30 days have passed, we offer store credit for returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
What can’t be returned?
- Worn, damaged, or washed items
- Items returned outside the allowed window
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Who pays for return shipping?
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
